The great majority of our Red Lady papayas ripen in the sunny fields of our Costa Rican plantation. Full of juice and luscious exotic flavour, this fruit elevates fruit salad mixes, but can also serve as a blend ingredient that gives smoothies that rich, velvety texture. Available diced and in chunks.
