Yes, we only use whole, natural ingredients that are frozen at peak ripeness to retain their nutritional value, taste, and freshness. We don't add any refined sugars, preservatives or additives.

Is frozen fruit better than fresh for smoothie?

Frozen fruit creates a thicker, creamier texture, and eliminates the need for ice. In addition, frozen fruit is often healthier than fresh fruit, since it is picked at peak ripeness, and immediately frozen after harvest, preserving all essential nutrients.

How do I use the smoothie bags?

Using our smoothie bags is easy! Just take a bag from your freezer, empty the contents into a blender, add 250ml of your preferred liquid, and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.

To make a smoothie, add 250ml apple juice, or any preferred juice or milk, per 150g smoothie bag, and blend for 30 seconds.

How do I make a smoothie bowl?

To make a smoothie bowl, add 100ml plant-based milk, 2 tablespoons of yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of agave syrup per 150g smoothie bag, and blend for 30 seconds.

Which liquid base can I use to prepare my smoothies?

Apple juice is our all-time favourite, but you can use water, milk (dairy or plant-based), yoghurt, or any other liquid of your choice as the base for your smoothie.

Do the frozen fruit for smoothie bags need to be thawed before making smoothie?

For a delicious, fresh, thick smoothie, you can blend the frozen fruit. You can however let the smoothie bags defrost completely in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours at 6°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Is it safe to blend frozen fruit without liquid?

Blending frozen fruit without liquid may damage your blender. Always add some liquid to make blending easier.

Are the smoothie bags vegan?

Yes, all our smoothie bags are made with plant-based ingredients, and they are completely vegan.

Are the smoothie bags allergen free?

The smoothie mixes are produced on our premises where gluten and lactose are processed. The smoothie mixes may therefore contain traces of gluten or lactose. For other allergen, please check the packaging.
