gelling sugar 400g
lime juice 30g

Red fruit jam with honey offers a wholesome and flavourful alternative for healthier homemade jam. It adds a rich sweetness, and extra nutrients to your favourite fruit topping.

  1. In a large pot, combine the frozen red fruit mix, honey, gelling sugar, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow the sugar to dissolve slightly.

  2. Bring to a boil, and cook for 4-5 min while stirring.

  3. Blend to your preferred consistency.

  4. Remove from the heat and pour into sterilized jars.

  5. Seal tightly and turn upside down for 5 minutes to create a vacuum seal, and let cool completely.
