almond milk 125ml
vanilla extract 1 tsp
vanilla yoghurt 150g
granola (topping)
frozen blueberries (topping)

Sour cherry chia pudding combined with creamy vanilla yoghurt. Delicious as breakfast or as a late-afternoon snack.

  1. Add the chia seeds, almond milk and vanilla extract to a bowl and stir.

  2. Let sit overnight.

  3. Add the defrosted sour cherries to the chia pudding and mix carefully.

  4. Scoop the chia pudding into a bowl.

  5. Add vanilla yoghurt on top and decorate with granola and frozen blueberries.
