Sour Cherry Chia Bowl
Sour cherry chia pudding combined with creamy vanilla yoghurt. Delicious as breakfast or as a late-afternoon snack.

| chia seeds | 30g |
| almond milk | 125ml |
| vanilla extract | 1 tsp |
| vanilla yoghurt | 150g |
| granola (topping) | |
| frozen blueberries (topping) |

Add the chia seeds, almond milk and vanilla extract to a bowl and stir.

Let sit overnight.

Add the defrosted sour cherries to the chia pudding and mix carefully.

Scoop the chia pudding into a bowl.

Add vanilla yoghurt on top and decorate with granola and frozen blueberries.
