  1. Mix the crumble mix with the raisins. 

  2. Unroll the puff pastry, and add the fruit mix in the center of the dough. 

  3. Roll up while folding in the edges. Brush the dough with egg yolk.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

  5. Serve lukewarm with ice cream and/or whipped cream.
