Frozen Kiwi Popsicles

| frozen kiwi puree | 400g |
| liquid honey | 2 tbsp |
| sugar water | 75ml |

Defrost the kiwi puree completely.

In a small sauce pan, dissolve 75g sugar in 250ml water over medium heat.

Stir continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Let the sugar water cool to room temperature.

In a bowl, combine the kiwi puree with the honey and sugar water and stir well.

Pour the mixture into popsicles molds.

Freeze overnight or until fully solid.
