frozen kiwi puree 400g
liquid honey 2 tbsp
sugar water 75ml
  1. Defrost the kiwi puree completely.

  2. In a small sauce pan, dissolve 75g sugar in 250ml water over medium heat.

  3. Stir continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  4. Let the sugar water cool to room temperature.

  5. In a bowl, combine the kiwi puree with the honey and sugar water and stir well.

  6. Pour the mixture into popsicles molds.

  7. Freeze overnight or until fully solid.
