Greek yoghurt 50g
honey 4 tsp
pistachios, chopped 4 tsp
salt and pepper

Crispy bread topped with creamy feta, tangy Greek yoghurt, and succulent figs, honey and pistachios.

  1. Toast the bread slices until they are lightly golden and crispy. 

  2. In a bowl, mix the feta cheese and Greek yoghurt. 

  3. Add pepper and salt to taste.

  4. Spread a generous amount of the feta-yoghurt mixture on the toast. Arrange the figs on top of the spread.

  5. Sprinkle crumbled pistachios on top and drizzle honey over the entire toast.
