Greek Fig Toast
Crispy bread topped with creamy feta, tangy Greek yoghurt, and succulent figs, honey and pistachios.

feta cheese | 100g |
Greek yoghurt | 50g |
honey | 4 tsp |
pistachios, chopped | 4 tsp |
salt and pepper |

Toast the bread slices until they are lightly golden and crispy.

In a bowl, mix the feta cheese and Greek yoghurt.

Add pepper and salt to taste.

Spread a generous amount of the feta-yoghurt mixture on the toast. Arrange the figs on top of the spread.

Sprinkle crumbled pistachios on top and drizzle honey over the entire toast.
