Berry-protein ice lollies
Ice lollies made with the same base as our Red Fuel and Blue Boost smoothie bowls, frozen into a refreshing, handheld format. Fruity, colourful, and protein-rich, they're the ideal snack or dessert.

| Red Fuel or Blue Boost protein smoothie mix | 450 g |
| coconut milk | 300 ml |
| oat yoghurt | 195 g |
| agave syrup | 15 g |
| extra strawberries as decoration |

Add the Red Fuel or Blue Boost mix, coconut milk, oat yoghurt, and agave syrup to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Slice the strawberries very finely and arrange them in ice lolly moulds.

Scoop the smoothie base on top. Feeling daring? Make them 50% Red Fuel and 50% Blue Boost.

Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until fully set.

To release, briefly rise the moulds with warm water. Serve straight from the freezer as a refreshing snack or light dessert. The ice lollies work well on their own, or alongside some fruit salad.
