Matcha chia pudding
Two kinds of chia pudding in one breakfast: strawberry and matcha. The perfect way to start your day.

| Strawberry Fantasy smoothie | 150 g |
| Matcha Power smoothie | 150 g |
| apple juice | 500 ml |
| Greek yoghurt | 250 g |
| raspberries (topping) | QS |
| fresh mint (topping) | QS |

Blend the Strawberry Fantasy with 250 ml apple juice. Add 40g chia seeds, and refrigerate overnight. Do the same with the Matcha Power.

Layer the Matcha and Strawberry chia pudding in a bowl, and top with Greek yoghurt. Garnish with raspberries, and fresh mint.
