whole egg 100g
sugar 120g
fresh yeast 30g
flour 500g
frozen pineapple QS
  1. Heat the milk until 35-40°C. Dissolve the yeast in the milk. Add all other ingredients, except the pineapple, and mix. 

  2. Allow to rest for 30min. 

  3. Cover the pineapple chunks into beignet dough and deep-fry at 170°C until golden brown.
