Pineapple Beignets

| whole egg | 100g |
| sugar | 120g |
| fresh yeast | 30g |
| flour | 500g |
| frozen pineapple | QS |

Heat the milk until 35-40°C. Dissolve the yeast in the milk. Add all other ingredients, except the pineapple, and mix.

Allow to rest for 30min.

Cover the pineapple chunks into beignet dough and deep-fry at 170°C until golden brown.
