flour 2 tbsp
vanilla sugar 20 g

  1. Unroll the pâte brisée and place it in a pie mould. Poke holes in the base with a fork. 

  2. Arrange the fruit on top. 

  3. Mix the cream, egg, sugar, flour, and vanilla sugar until homogeneous. Pour the mixture over the fruit.

  4. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.

  5. Serve when cooled down.
